Refund policy

The Republik Style, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@therepublik.store with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-refundable.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
